Cranial Imbalance consistent with a Abnormal Foot Pronation Pattern of Left > Right

Dental Orthogonal Radiographic Analysis (DORA) of the above patient

External Rotation of the Left Temporal Bone drives the SBS into a right sidebend/torsion (Left Sphenoid Wing Low) and Cants the Maxilla (Cephalad Left).  These distortions visually reduce the orbit height on the left side of the face (vertical distance between the outer orbit of the eye and the outer margin of the lip).

If the abnormal foot pronation pattern is Right > Left, the Right Temporal Bone is driven into external rotation which results in a left sidebending/torsion of the SBS.  The Maxilla is Canted high on the right.  These distortions reduce the orbit height on the right side of the face.
